Cravings generally point to a nutrient deficiency! For examples, if you crave SWEETS, this is typically a B-Vitamin deficiency. If you crave SALT, Zinc deficiency. If you crave CHOCOLATE, Magnesium deficiency.
However, cravings also happen during dips in your blood sugar.

We do put patients on a few products to help the body FUNCTION better! These supplements will not directly cause weight loss but help to improve digestive function, reduce inflammation, help sleep, control blood sugar/ cravings, etc..
Unfortunately, no insurance company pays for weight loss. We do, however, offer reasonable payment plan options with all our care plans.
