Dr. Bob was born and raised on a farm south of Beloit, Kansas. He attended Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas where he obtained his Bachelor of Science.
Dr. Bob attended and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. During his time at Palmer, he was a spinal anatomy lab teaching assistant as well as clinical teaching assistant.
He then moved to Lyons, Kansas to pursue his career as a chiropractor with his wife, Dr. Naomi Ludwig. Dr. Bob and Dr. Naomi first opened Ludwig Family Chiropractic in August of 2020. Since then, he has grown into a trusted and popular Chiropractor who has developed a reputation in Lyons for excellence.
Dr. Bob is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP). This certification gives him specialized knowledge of sports injuries, in turn helping athletes to optimize their athletic performance. He is 1 of 30 chiropractors in the entire state of Kansas to receive this certification.
Dr. Bob is a Nationally Registered Certified Medical Examiner (NRCME), which allows him to perform DOT/CDL Exams. He is also certified as an FMCSA/FAA/FRA/FTA/PHMSA/USCG Drug Collector. This certification allows him to perform Urine Collection for drug testing.
Dr. Bob's involvement in the community include Lyons Chamber of Commerce (Board Member), Rice County Community Foundation (Board Member), Lyons Planning Commission, Lyons FFA Alumni (Chairman), Rice County Extension (Treasurer), Knights of Columbus (Grand Knight).
Dr. Naomi grew up in Rockford, Illinois. She attended St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science as well as Human Performance and Fitness.
Dr. Naomi attended and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. During her time at Palmer, she was a spinal anatomy lab teaching assistant as well as a clinical teaching assistant.
She then moved to Lyons, Kansas to pursue her career as a chiropractor with her husband, Dr. Robert Ludwig. Dr. Bob and Dr. Naomi first opened Ludwig Family Chiropractic in August of 2020. Since then, she has expanded her therapy options but still provides the same intimate, personal and excellent service she did when she first entered the profession.
Dr. Naomi is committed to providing relief from pain and a full recovery without the unnecessary use of pharmaceuticals. Her goal is to restore the highest quality of life by utilizing the body's natural restorative abilities.
Dr. Naomi's involvement in the community include Lyons Public Library (Board Member) and Altar Society.
Outside of the office, you can find Dr. Naomi spending time with Dr. Bob, Ruby (daughter), family, friends, and her two dogs (Blu and Moose).
Carl Patrnchak is a licensed Physical Therapist and Board Certified Orthotist. He is the founder of Myofascial Physical Therapy in Rockford, IL. Carl received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Northwestern University with a BA in Biology, Northwestern University Medical School, Programs in Physical Therapy and Northwestern's Department of Orthopedic Surgery, Orthotics and Prosthetics. Carl and his identical twin brother were Defensive Co-Captains for the 1974-1975 Northwestern Wildcat football team.
He has conducted orthopedic research at Northwestern University Department of Rehabilitation Engineering and worked with the team physicians and athletes for the Chicago Cubs and Bulls.
Carl has studied under John F. Barnes, an internationally renowned Physical Therapist, treating patients from around the world at his Sedona, AZ and Paoli, PA treatment facilities. Mr. Barnes' approach to Myofascial Release is recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association and the American Back Society as the most effective in the treatment of chronic pain.
Carl has over 30 years of experience helping to diagnose and successfully treat problems of the fascial system. By completing the necessary courses and hands on clinical requirements, Carl is considered an expert myofascial therapist by the John F. Barnes organization.
Shannon was born and raised in Lyons, KS. She attended and graduated from the American Academy of Massage Therapy in Manhattan, KS. She has been a Certified Massage Therapy Professional since 2005.
Shannon is a passionate healer with an alternative approach and is dedicated to helping her patients move through a wide range of physical, emotional and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible. She loves empowering patients to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts.
Shannon's treatments are specifically tailored to the needs of each patient to make sure they receive the approach that works best for them. She strives to both educate and heal her patients, empowering them to live better and healthier lives.
Outside of the office, you can find Shannon spending time with her daughter (Kenadee), family, and friends.
